Regional HR Director – Americas (freight forwardinglogistics)

A large international freight forwarding/logistics company is seeking an experienced Regional HR Director Americas to lead HR strategy across multiple countries in North and South America. This is a strategic leadership role focused on HR transformation workforce planning organizational development and aligning regional HR initiatives with global business objectives. The HR Director will report to CHRO&Managing Director and manage all the countrys HR Managers in the Americas (including Argentina America Brazil Canada Colombia Mexico and Peru).

Billingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the regional HR strategy across the Americas.
• Standardize HR policies and ensure compliance across multiple countries.
• Lead HR transformation and drive process improvements.
• Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning organizational design and talent strategy.
• Support M&A HR restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Build HR capability and collaborate with Global HR Centers of Excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading regional or multi-country HR teams across the Americas.
• Strong background in HR strategy governance and organizational transformation.
• Experience with M&A HR restructuring and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in integrated logistics or international freight forwarding is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas and Asia.

Compensation range is $150000 - $300000 (negotiable) depending on the experience
