Job Summary
The Regional Facilities Manager develops and implements strategic plans drives highquality service outcomes and ensures a highperforming facilities management structure dedicated exclusively to the client. Reporting to the C&W Services Regional Operations Manager this position leads a diverse team of tradespeople responsible for facility maintenance and repair office services moves/adds/changes (MAC) janitorial services project execution and subcontractor management.

- You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols billing standards and work procedures during maintenance activities across the region.
- You will execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs that enhance operational efficiency and excellence.
- You will manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- You will oversee small Capex projects turnarounds and facility and equipment upgrades.
- Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo SAP PM Corrigo etc.)
- Budgeting forecasting and KPI-driven performance management.
- Strong clientfacing communication and relationship management required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) Construction Management or Business Administration
- 7-10 years of commercial industrial maintenance experience preferably in the oil/gas industry
- 4 years of direct leadership/supervisory experience in multi-site management
- Technical proficiency in one or more of the following areas (HVAC Electrical Mechanical systems)
- Current valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check and hair follicle drug screening
- Professional certifications in (CFM FMP PMP and OSHA)
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Review work orders and labor reports for accuracy prior to billing.
- Conduct safety training and evaluations for employee development.
- Prioritize critical maintenance items safety issues or equipment failures
- Confirm staffing levels are adequate to successfully complete contractual obligations
- Conduct facility walk-throughs at one or more sites
- Verify PMs corrective work and contractor performance meet expectations and scope.
- Inspect mechanical rooms utilities HVAC electrical and life-safety systems
- Meet with client operations HSE and/or facilities leadership
- Review KPIs open work orders SLAs and current project status
- Discuss and prioritize upcoming shutdowns turnarounds or capital needs
- Approve scopes of work change orders or vendor invoices
- Coordinate with procurement on bids or contract renewals
- Review budgets forecasts and spend against plan
- Approve time sheets purchase orders and work orders
- Update CMMS data (Maximo SAP PM Corrigo etc.)
- Prepare weekly or monthly reporting packages
- Develop staffing plans training needs and technician development
- Align with leadership on regional strategy and performance
- Respond to client emails or leadership updates

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 93500.00 - $110000.00
