What Youll Do

In this role you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers compiles verifies and analyzes information for use in memos and presentations

• Facilitates smooth communication between senior management coworkers and external parties such as media customers vendors and the public

• Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records and files

• Performs tasks using independent judgment including preparing documents and presentation

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Preparing reports presentations and managing office coordination tasks

• Ensure compliance with company safety standards environmental policies and operational procedures throughout field service activities

• Create review and manage estimates work orders and customer documentation within company service management systems

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales parts and engineering teams to support comprehensive customer solutions across service operations

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

The range displayed reflects the pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting.
