Regional Director of Operations

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to support and oversee a portfolio of senior living communities across the Mid-South and Eastern United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence financial performance regulatory compliance and occupancy growth across multiple communities.

What Youll Do

• Provide operational oversight and direction to assigned communities

• Support and mentor Executive Directors and leadership teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and all regulatory requirements

• Drive financial performance through labor management expense control and revenue optimization

• Review financial statements regularly and implement corrective action plans as needed

• Support occupancy growth through marketing oversight and collaboration with Community Relations teams

• Monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Conduct regular community site visits to ensure presentation safety and operational standards

• Assist in budget development and annual objective planning

• Partner with HR and Business Office teams on employment practices and staff performance matters

• Support pre-opening activities for new developments including staffing inspections and operational readiness

What Were Looking For

• Proven multi-site assisted living or senior living leadership experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Finance or related field preferred

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and controllable expenses

• Demonstrated success driving occupancy and operational improvements

• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel up to 75%
