A leading commercial tire and automotive services organization is seeking a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager to drive revenue growth lead sales teams and manage key commercial fleet relationships across an assigned territory.

This opportunity offers $85000-$140000 plus commission company vehicle fuel card and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial tire sales background leadership experience and a proven track record of growing regional accounts and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and develop commercial tire sales representatives and account managers
• Conduct ride-alongs performance reviews and ongoing sales training
• Establish and manage regional sales goals and performance metrics
• Grow revenue through new business development and account expansion
• Manage key fleet and commercial customer relationships
• Develop pricing strategies and customer retention initiatives
• Identify new market opportunities and territory growth strategies
• Partner with branch leadership and service teams to support customer success
• Analyze sales performance market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain CRM accuracy forecasting and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial tire sales experience
• 2 years of sales leadership or regional management experience
• Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
• Experience managing fleet accounts
• CRM proficiency
• Strong communication coaching and leadership skills
• Valid drivers license
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred:

• Retreading program experience
• Fleet maintenance industry experience
• Multi-location sales management experience
• Territory growth and expansion experience
