A Salt Lake City based regional account is hiring solo team and owner operator drivers who want predictable pay and time at home every week.

What Youll Earn

• Starting mileage rate of $0.55 per mile plus DPP (productivity pay) on top.
• With DPP weekly earnings range from $1300 to $1800 depending on productivity.
• Average drivers earn $1300 to $1500 per week.
• Top performers reach $1800 per week.
• New drivers receive a pay guarantee for the first 3 months after going solo.
• Expect 1900 to 2200 miles per week on average.

The Freight

• Mix of drop and hook live load/unload and preload assignments.
• $15 stop pay and unload pay on top of mileage earnings.

Who Were Looking For

• Brand new CDL-A holders are welcome. Paid OTR training runs 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer includes guaranteed weekly training pay of $800 and moves you to full solo pay once you finish.
• 120 hours of CDL school required for all applicants.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months of OTR experience in the last year or 12 months over the past 5 years.
• Minimum age 21 valid Class A CDL matching your state of residence.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Hair and urine drug testing required; DD214 accepted for military experience.
