Pay & Bonuses

• Mileage pay runs $0.56 to $0.64 scaled to your experience.

Life on the Road

• About 2000 -2300miles a week.
• Drop and hook makes up most of the freight with some live load live unload and preload mixed in.
• Same planner covers the whole region so youre not re-explaining your route every week.
• Day and night shifts both run weekends included.
• Home once a week on a 34-hour restart; holidays are worked unless it lands on your home week.

What It Takes

• Brand new to trucking Paid training runs 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer $850 a week guaranteed while you learn then full solo pay once youre through.
• 120 hours at an accredited CDL school gets you in the door.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the past year or 12 months somewhere in the last 5.
• 21 or older CDL matching your home state.
• Clean record required: no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years no major preventable accidents in 5.
• Drug screening includes hair and urine testing.
• DD214 gets military experience counted toward your qualifications.

After 30 Days on the Job

• Health dental and vision kick in.

• $300 orientation pay on your first check travel to orientation covered.
