As aRegional Carrier Representativeyoullbe at the center of our brokerage operationsconnecting qualified carriers with available freight and keeping freight moving across the country.Youllpartner closely with teams across ATS Logistics and serve as the key link between carriers and our shippers/customers.

As aRegional Carrier Representativeyoullbe a trustedpartnerhelpingcarriersdiscovertransportationsolutions that truly make a responsibilities:

• Contact existinginactiveor potential carriers

• Negotiate rates with carriers to handle customer shipments;maintainpricing and rate quoting competitive to the current market conditions

• Learn to sell our well recognized product

• Dispatch qualified carrier to available freight providing all pertinent information necessary fora high levelof service responding to questionsinvestigatingand resolving problems as needed and updating carrier trips in the data system

• Update computer system to reflectaccurateinformation

• Manage a book of business of more than a million dollars annually

• Act as a liaison between carriers and shippers

Compensation & Benefits

• Totalcash compensation rangeofthis position is $46000.00 to $57000.00 including a base salary starting at $40000anda first-year training incentive of $6000.00. Base salary offered isdeterminedby relevant experience education certifications and geographic location as compared to others doingsubstantially similar addition to the base salary employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
