Regional Business Development Manager - What Youll Do

Drive regional sales growth through new business and account expansion.

Grow customer partnerships across retail distribution foodservice and produce channels.

Build a strong pipeline through prospecting and market development.

Manage sales targets forecasts reporting and CRM activity.

Monitor market trends pricing and competitors to identify opportunities.

Partner with internal teams and represent the organization at customer and industry events.

Regional Business Development Manager - What Were Looking For

5 years of sales account management business development or related experience.

Proven success meeting sales goals and growing customer relationships.

Strong B2B sales experience.

Strong relationship-building negotiation and communication skills.

Solid business acumen in pricing margins forecasting and market trends.

Proficiency with CRM Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.

Regional Business Development Manager - Preferred Experience

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Fresh produce agriculture foodservice grocery or related industry experience.

Experience selling to retailers distributors foodservice operators or produce partners.

Knowledge of produce seasonality supply capabilities and purchasing cycles.

Experience with customer meetings trade shows and industry events.

Regional Business Development Manager - Compensation

Base Salary: $90000-$120000 DOE

Bonus: $10000 with no cap based on performance
