This includes the handling of confidential company and employee information involving a variety of situations requiring discretion tact and adherence to company policies to accomplish goals and support the needs of the region.

Pay: $25 to $30 per hour based on experience

Acts as a key internal and external administrative contact for the region.
Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with Corporate on a range of specified administrative issues as required.
Works under general supervision to address the daily needs of the business leadership team.
Event Planning: Coordinates event planning initiatives for the region assisting with the organization of corporate gatherings meetings and regional events from start to finish.
Special Projects: Supports the business leadership team in the execution of special projects tracking issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
Meeting Preparation & Content Creation: Plans meetings develops agendas and creates meeting content slide decks and presentation materials for regional leadership.
Makes appointments drafts prepares and distributes correspondence that may include internal communications letters contracts and other related highly sensitive and confidential materials.
Coordinates and plans travel logistics anticipating and securing travel arrangements and providing administrative expense management support (such as processing expense reports) as needed.
Maintains and organizes complex professional calendars to include travel appointments meetings etc.
Assists with daily mailroom operations and processes ensuring efficient distribution and coordination of mailroom functions.
Tracks and manages business supply inventory for the regional office placing orders as needed.
Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Required Education/Licensing:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Required Length & Type of Experience:
Demonstrated experience assisting with event planning creating presentation materials and coordinating projects for leadership teams.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Exhibits customer-focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customers needs both internal and external.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adjust communication method based on customer situation.
Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees.
A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficient working knowledge of Google suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Prior administrative and/or office support experience desired; previous experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information preferred.
