Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction including handling inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring positive client outcomes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools sales reporting and basic data analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with media broadcasting or telecommunications industries is a plus.
