Region Practice Manager

As our Region Practice Manager you will provide operational oversight of physician clinics committing to deliver the highest quality and cost-effective healthcare and identifying/implementing opportunities to streamline operations and optimize performance.

Every day you will actively participate and collaborate with leadership teams to assess develop implement and achieve clinic operational goals. You will assume responsibility for planning designing implementing and maintaining programs policies and management systems for assigned ambulatory clinic sites ensuring patient experience financial performance and provider/staff engagement are maximized.

To be successful in this role you will possess strong operational management skills a proven ability to streamline clinic operations and drive performance optimization and exceptional collaborative abilities. Your commitment to our Christian Mission transparency urgency as a change agent and accountability for team performance will be critical to achieving high-quality cost-effective patient care.

• This position has administrative responsibility for 4 designated practices and at least 30-55 providers (includes physicians and advanced practice providers). The practice managers will report directly to this role.
• Oversees day-to-day activities of multiple practice sites within an assigned geographic area.
• This position also develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.
• Recruits selects monitors develops coaches and mentors staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care.
• Develop and Maintain Physician relations to ensure provider engagement and leads staff engagement.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two (2) years management experience.
• Must possess strong knowledge of clinic operations; strong knowledge of applicable laws regulations guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills.
  

Preferred

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration business finance or related field
