Job Summary
Job Purpose Summary: Work with the VGM Fulfillment Repairs team to address client CPAP concerns. Partner with manufacturers and durable medical equipment companies to make sure the patient is taken care of and receiving the proper care. This is a fast-paced position with urgent deadlines requiring strong personal drive and commitment to success.

Reporting Accountability:CPAP Program Manager
Working Location:On-site at VGM Warehouse Waterloo IA
Work Hours Classification: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and refurbish CPAP machines for clients
- Safety must be observed at all times because of the use of high presser blowers and sanitizing solutions
- Follows strict HIPAA confidentially guidelines
- Answer telephone and emails in a timely manner; take messages as needed providing answers to questions from clients and manufacturing companies
- Refurbish equipment and set CPAP machines for patients
- Process repair request through manufacturers via phone or email
- Maintain compliance safety and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds
- Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management
- Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
- While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.
- Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools equipment and materials

Key Qualifications:
- Proven ability to routinely adapt to change provide exemplary customer service skills and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business
- Extensive Knowledge of SNAP as well as prior repair troubleshooting
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English at a level sufficient enough to perform the essential duties of the role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs at times
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility 25% of the workday
- Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
- Visual abilities to include reading distance vision and peripheral vision
- Strict adherence to all physical safety standards
