Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service ensuring our systems operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair a variety of refrigeration systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration units both mechanically and electrically.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
• Document all service activities comprehensively for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with clients regarding work performed and issues identified.
• Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology and industry trends.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid refrigeration technician certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in the refrigeration field.
• Experience with both commercial and residential refrigeration systems preferred.
• Background in HVAC service and repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic controls and system configuration.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Perform skilled refrigeration work including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Execute installation and servicing of refrigeration systems to meet operational goals.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide updates on job status.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure complete satisfaction and system functionality.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skill sets and knowledge.
