PositionPurpose:

Monitoringbuilding equipmentforsafety purposesandrepair. TroubleshootingrefrigerationHVAC mechanicaland electrical problems performing repairs documenting solutions and making recommendations for further action.

KeyResponsibilitiesincludebutarenotlimited to:

• Mustbewilling toworkovertime onweekendsholidaysandafter-hourswhenon call
• MakedailymechanicalcheckonequipmentintheMechanicalRoomRoofHVACEMSsystems refrigerated cases and walk-ins. etc.
• MaintainallrefrigerationHVACEMSsystems electricalandmechanicalsystemsandmakenecessaryrepairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks leak checks inspections and records required information and maintainsjurisdictionallyapplicablerecordsEPAformsandrequireddocumentationinbothpaperformatstore and electronic in Corrigo and Trakref.
• MonitorspreventivemaintenanceworkdonebyoutsidecontractorsandnotifiesAreaRefrigerationManager of issues or problems with outside contractors.
• ResponsiblefortroubleshootingrefrigerationHVACmechanicalandelectricalproblems performingrepairs documenting solutions and recommending further action.
• Maintainsahightechnicallevel introubleshootingandmaintenanceofmechanicalandelectricalequipment.
• Managecommunicationsforservicecallsinatimelymanner asrequired.
• Maintaincurrentlicense inspectionpermitandcertificaterequirementstomeetallstateandlocalcodes.
• OperatesEMSbuilding and schedules. Fully understand and modify building control sequences and operates the EMS / BMS systems.
• Performavariety ofadministrativetaskssuchas:orderingmaterial andwritingpurchase ordersanddataentry for work reports and refrigerant leak reports via company supplied electronics.
• Performallduties inatimelyefficient&professionalmanner.
• Maintainaneat cleanandsafeworkareainmechanicalroomroofservice vehicle etc.

Qualifications:Thefollowingarepreferred:

EducationLevel:

• HighSchooldiploma eofbuildingrelated vocational-technical programsarepreferred.

ExperienceLevel:

• Minimumofthreeyearsrecent experienceperformingrefrigerationserviceormaintenanceworkinbuilding related trades.

SkillsandExperiences:

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Abletoperform dutieswithahighdegree ofaccuracyandcaretoavoidmechanicalbreakdowns.
• Abletorespond todirectandradiorequests assoonas possible.
• Abletomaintain properneatuniform appearanceofCompany providedworkshirtandemployee providedclean blue jeans without holes or tears.
• WearrequiredPersona lProtectiveEquipmentasrequiredincludingarcflashandsafetyglasses.
