Job Summary
Receives referral/authorization via fax email or verbal. Reviews patient benefits for referral/authorization process. Initiates call to physician offices or Payer to complete referral process. Provides updates to patients/offices regarding referral/authorization status.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school education or equivalent
Experience: Medical office experience preferred
Other: Office operations and computer literacy. Additional languages preferred but not required. Must possess good organizational and communication skills
