Make a Difference

The Referral Relations Coordinator at Lutherwood Residential facilitates Lutherwoods relationship with current and potential referral sources. This individual works hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve quality outcomes for our patients. The Referral Relations Coordinator will facilitate a positive admission experience for all new residents that including both Trinity House and Secure Residential.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• 1 years: Knowledgeable about major systems that serve youth and families including child welfare juvenile justice and education (Required).
• 2 years: Two years experience in marketing public relations assessments interviewing and/or counseling people preferably in a residential treatment facility (Required).

• 4 year / Bachelors degree in behavioral health field (Preferred). High School Diploma (Required)

• Current Indiana drivers license
