Referral Marketing Representative

• Build strong relationships with discharge planners social workers case managers and healthcare professionals.
• Visit skilled nursing facilities rehab centers assisted living and memory care communities throughout the Omaha area.
• Introduce Executive Home Cares services including our Sensi Co-Pilot technology and participation in the Medicare GUIDE Program.
• Deliver marketing materials and answer questions about our services.
• Stay in touch with referral partners through regular follow-up and ongoing relationship building.
• Track outreach activities and referral opportunities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities within your territory.
• Work closely with our owners Steve and Jerri to support marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Represent Executive Home Care at community events educational presentations and networking opportunities as needed.

• Experience as a discharge planner social worker case manager healthcare liaison or similar role (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of the Omaha healthcare community and referral network
• Confidence meeting people face-to-face and developing professional relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Omaha metro
• A genuine passion for helping seniors and supporting families
