Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary
Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan that youll develop and execute ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.

Essential Job Functions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sites
- Analyzes industry product and geographical trends in talent
- Manages tools resources and technologies in identifying talent
- Support full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing scheduling and interviewing
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
- Develop efficient recruiting process that meets clients need
- Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
- Influence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term success
- Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
- Ability to set priorities meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Support end to end recruiting operations
- Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
- Participate in job fairs and community events
Experience
- 1 years experience in full life cycle recruiting process
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruiting practices
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
- Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communications skills both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary Range: $51092.66 $63865.83 annually depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
