Recruitment Specialist

Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan that youll develop and execute ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.

Essential Job Functions

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sites
• Analyzes industry product and geographical trends in talent
• Manages tools resources and technologies in identifying talent
• Support full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing scheduling and interviewing
• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
• Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
• Develop efficient recruiting process that meets clients need
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
• Influence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term success
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Ability to set priorities meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Support end to end recruiting operations
• Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events

Experience

• 1 years experience in full life cycle recruiting process
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Strong understanding of recruiting practices
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
• Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Range: $51092.66 $63865.83 annually depending on experience and geographic location.
