Recruitment Specialist

What Were Looking For

This position is primarily responsible for student recruitment for LHSON which requires the ability to develop new creative pathways for student recruitment the establishment of working relationships with other colleges universities high schools and communities to foster articulation agreements and other collaborative arrangements that support achievement of LHSON enrollment targets.

A Bachelors Degree and two years of relevant work experience. Five years of relevant work experience are preferred.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time Basis.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the planning designing and implementing recruitment initiatives to meet campus enrollment targets

• Performs recruitment activities with colleges universities high schools and communities. Manages recruitment event registrations invoicing travel reimbursements and other related logistics

• Provides substantive information on student programs for the organization or in college / school / department

• Analyzes recruitment data and recommends improvements / modifications to the program

• Evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and outreach initiative

• Works with Assistant Director Director and Associate Dean Business Officer to develop and implement the SEM plan for LHSON

• Assists with managing customer relations management (CRM) system and responsible for communications to prospective students/families as related to recruitment activities and appropriate follow up

• Performs other duties as assigned to support student services event planning advising admissions and other departments as needed to fulfill the mission of LHSON

• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission

• Ability to comply with University policies

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
