Join Hueman as a Marketing Manager

AsaMarketing Managerat Hueman you willberesponsible forthestrategic leadership of themarketing campaigns insupportofexternal clients.

This position is a criticalpieceof ourbusinessso you willbe responsible fordeveloping strategic marketing plansfor our clients in alignment with theDirector of Talent Marketing. You will thenbeguidingtheteam through executionof those plans and engaging directly with clients as needed.

Projectsprimarily focus onrecruitment marketing but include employer brand support for specific clients rangingfromcontent development and promotion (for example websiteemailandsocialmedia) to digital advertising andsourcingtool best practices.

We are looking for a marketing professional with experience managingaccounts campaignsand projects across all marketing channels and tactics. If you have experience working with a corporate shared services marketing team or at an agencythis role could be perfect for you!

As a key member of the marketing team youwill report to ourDirector of Talent Marketingbutwill work closely withother marketing team members and leaders within the business.

The salary range for this position is$65000- $70000depending on experience.

MarketingManager Roles & Responsibilities

• Work withmarketing andclientleadershipto develop & executestrategicemployment branding andrecruitmentmarketing plansincluding but not limitedto:employer value propositionmarketawareness contentjob promotion audiencenurtureand engagement

• Establishprojectgoals and ensureall tracking isestablishedand analyzedfor comprehensive closed-loop reporting

• Oversee clientbudgetsincluding campaign recommendations and reporting on actual spends

• Establishconsistent communications businessreviewsand planning sessionswith client contacts to align on project management and strategic priorities

• Manage projects and individualsthrough the execution of efforts and coordinategeneralized and specialized resources

• Work with third-partyvendorsas needed

Marketing Manager Skills & Requirements

• 5years of experience inB2B or B2C marketing ideally 3 years ofaccountmanagement or leadership experience

• Excellentverbal and writtencommunication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively

• Intimate understanding of traditional anddigitalmarketing channelsand tactics

• Understanding of brand and campaign budget management

• Critical thinking skills for data analytics to guide optimization and critical decision making

• Experience with design software such as Adobe and Canva a plus

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Public Relations or related field
