Recruiter Field

The Recruiter Field (Los Angeles CA) is responsible forfull-cycle recruitment of restaurant-level leadership roles including General Managers and Assistant General Managers. This role helps fuel CAVAs growth byidentifyingexceptional leaders who align with our culture and mission. As a trusted partner to operations and the Field People Culture teamyoullhelp ensure a strong talent pipeline that meets the demands of both our current restaurants and future openings.

WhatYoullDo:

• Managefull-cyclerecruiting for General Manager and Assistant General Manager roles across multiple markets.

• Collaborate with Area Leaders and Regional Directors to understand hiring needs workforce plans and team culture.

• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing market research referrals and job boards.

• Support new market and restaurant openings by ensuringtimelyhiring ofleadership roles.

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects CAVAs culture and values.

• Partner with the Senior Recruiter and Senior Manager Field Recruiting on sourcing strategies and process improvements.

• Leverage HARRI (CAVAs applicant tracking system) to manage candidate flowmaintainrequisitions and track key hiring metrics.

• Represent CAVA at recruiting events hiring days and networking forums as needed.

• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing CAVAs mission and values with potential candidates.

• Provide consistent communication and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.

The Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• 24 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced restaurant hospitality or retail environment.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience filling high-volume multi-location leadership roles.

• Comfortable advising and influencing operations partners throughout the hiring process.

• Detail-oriented withstrong communication time management and organizational skills.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with HARRI is a plus.

• Passionate about findinggreat talentand making meaningful candidate connections.

• Ability to travel up to 10% for events and market support.

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• Must be able toidentifyanalyzeand assessdetails

• For certain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50pounds

• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately andeffectively

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safemanner
