Recruitment Leader

Location: Remote (Preferred: New Jersey area) Quarterly travel to our NJ office as needed
Compensation: $80000$90000 Total Compensation (Base Performance Bonus)
Schedule: Full-time Flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on hiring needs

Were looking for a Recruitment Leader who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume hiring environment and is excited to lead a team while remaining hands-on in the recruiting process. If youre passionate about interviewing developing people and driving hiring results wed love to meet you.

As a Recruitment Leader youll oversee a team of Talent Representatives while actively recruiting and hiring top talent across multiple markets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example.

• Lead coach and develop a team of 46 Talent Representatives
• Conduct high-volume interviews and make hiring decisions for multiple markets
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly
• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates (approximately 1020% of your role)
• Monitor team performance provide coaching and drive accountability
• Manage daily recruiting operations and hiring workflows
• Track hiring metrics and ensure recruiting goals are consistently achieved
• Improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that increase hiring success
• Serve as a hands-on leader who jumps in wherever needed to support the team

• Experience in high-volume recruiting interviewing or talent acquisition
• Previous leadership experience as a Lead Supervisor Manager or Team Lead
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends when hiring demands require
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in home improvement field marketing sales recruiting or similar industries is a plus
