Job Summary
Overview:
The Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of 3 - 10 employees in a fast-paced recruiting environment ensuring alignment to client goals deadlines and performance expectations. This role partners closely with the Client Delivery Manager and/or Director to plan workloads delegate tasks and drive operational efficiency. The Team Lead plays a key role in hiring training and coaching team members while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Success in this role requires strong leadership the ability to exercise independent judgment manage multiple priorities and provide clear direction to achieve team and business objectives along with consistent reporting on team performance and progress.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build trust and strong working relationships across the team
- Inspire and motivate employees to achieve established goals and performance targets
- Influence team direction by driving positive change and outcomes
- Foster an open inclusive environment that encourages new ideas and feedback
- Collaborate regularly with directors managers and team members to align priorities
- Facilitate open discussions to support effective and informed decision-making
- Develop a cohesive team identity and promote a unified collaborative culture
- Encourage independent thinking and problem-solving among team members
- Identify and leverage individual strengths to maximize team performance
- Clearly define expectations objectives and success metrics for all team members
- Design and implement incentive programs or contests to drive results
- Monitor performance evaluate outcomes and provide timely actionable feedback
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Prior experience working with PeopleScout in a Recruiter capacity
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership and team management experience preferred
- 5 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey goals expectations and feedback
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to guide coach and develop team performance
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize plan and manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills with independent judgment and creative thinking to address challenges
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and professionally manage escalations with diplomacy
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance
- High level of organizational skills attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in dynamic high-volume environments
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Salary Range: $78000 - $87750 annually depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
