Job Summary

Office Manager / Hiring Manager

Location: Providence RI & Milford MA
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Travel Required: Must be willing to work between both office locations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented Office Manager / Hiring Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player quick learner and comfortable working with recruiting platforms and office software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Recruit screen and hire caregivers and CNAs.
  • Search for qualified candidates through Indeed Hireology and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Attend job fairs and community recruiting events.
  • Maintain employee records and hiring documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Professional dependable and self-motivated.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
  • Previous recruiting office management staffing or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between Providence RI and Milford MA offices.
