Recruiting Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our Erie PA this role you will support the staffing and recruitment needs for Home Health Aides across multiple service territories helping to build and maintain a high-quality workforce that delivers exceptional care to clients in the community.

At BAYADA Recruiting Managers serve as brand ambassadors and play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. We are looking for a relationship-focused professional who is passionate about connecting talented caregivers with meaningful career opportunities while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
• Maintain and support the staffing needs of the office to ensure adequate caregiver coverage
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates referrals and community partners
• Respond to employment inquiries and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Collaborate with office leadership to develop recruiting strategies and job postings
• Attend career fairs hiring events and networking opportunities to promote BAYADA careers
• Conduct candidate sourcing screening interviewing and selection activities
• Recruit both active and passive job seekers using a variety of sourcing methods
• Coordinate onboarding activities orientation training and new hire support
• Utilize social media platforms and recruiting tools to attract top talent
• Partner with directors office staff field employees and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals
• Participate in strategic initiatives designed to enhance recruitment and retention efforts

• Bachelors degree required
• Experience in a personal care strongly preferred
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with technology applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
