About the Role

This is a high-ownership full-cycle recruiting role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the first and only recruiter for at least 12 months personally sourcing screening closing and onboarding every hire across engineering AI product sales and operations as the company scales from 50 to 100.

What Youll Own

- Full-cycle recruiting across all functions

- Partner with CEO CTO VP Ops VP Product and VP Sales to define and maintain the hiring bar

- Build recruiting workflows frameworks and tooling from scratch

- Stand up systems dashboards and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

- 410 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth startup with technical/engineering hiring focus

- Track record building teams across engineering AI product and GTM

- Hands-on operator no coordinators or sourcers

- Based in New York City willing to work in-person

- Comfortable being sole recruiter for 12 months

Nice-to-Have

- Experience hiring against frontier AI labs

- Prior first recruiter or founding team experience

- Experience in vertical AI or regulated industries
