Our client an established Austin recruiting firm with more than 20 years of success is hiring a Recruiting & Delivery Lead to help scale its growing technical recruiting team.

This is a true player/coach role. Approximately 6070% of your time will be spent running a technical recruiting desk across contract and direct-hire searches. The balance will focus on coaching newer recruiters improving delivery processes assigning priorities leading recruiting meetings strengthening technology and AI adoption and helping the team deliver more consistently.

You will join a collaborative highly tenured recruiting organization with substantial open demand and plans to grow from five technical recruiters to approximately seven to nine. The right person loves recruiting wants to keep producing and gains energy from making an entire team better. Currently

What you bring:
5 years of staffing-agency recruiting experience preferably in technology
A strong record of personal production and passive-candidate sourcing
Experience mentoring training onboarding or leading recruiters
Comfort with ATS/CRM workflows recruiting metrics and emerging AI tools
A direct positive and low-ego leadership style
Ability to work from the Austin office 45 days per week initially

Compensation includes a competitive $70000$80000 base uncapped recruiting commission a team-production override benefits and paid time off. 1st Year estimated OTE $100.
