Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the corporate recruiting process by managing candidate communications and strategy.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across various business lines and centralized organizations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a unified approach to talent acquisition that aligns with business strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a recruitment coordinator or a similar role in corporate recruitment within the oil and gasindustry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Preference for a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
