LA based online media company Internet Brands is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic resourceful and ambitious individual who wants to join a stellar team. Candidate must be motivated optimistic enthusiastic detail-oriented and ultimately eager to learn and grow.

Heres what youll be doing:

• Coordinating interview schedules for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Meeting and greeting candidates and coordinating interview line-ups.
• Sending correspondence to candidates during the recruiting process including: interview confirmations necessary applicant documents and various follow up.
• Updating recruiting reports and candidate databases.
• Collecting candidate feedback summaries from interviewers.

Here are some things that would be nice to have but arent totally necessary (so dont freak out if you dont have them):

• Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting.
• Previous experience working for an online company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

At Internet Brands we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
