Job Summary

We are a growing leader in the utility and hydro excavation industry is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting for field operations. This position is ideal for a recruiter who has successfully sourced and hired CDL drivers and utility field personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
Recruit for positions including:
- CDL Class A Drivers
- CDL Class B Drivers
- Hydrovac Operators
- CCTV & Locators
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Source candidates using job boards social media referrals and other recruiting tools.
Conduct phone screens coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage a high-volume requisition workload while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting within the utility hydro excavation pipeline construction or related industries.
Proven success recruiting CDL Class A and B drivers Hydrovac Operators and field personnel.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Fountain experience is a plus.
Strong sourcing organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
