As a Recruiting Assistant heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Coordinates recruitment advertising including creating and posting job openings and the use of internet recruiting tools.
• Coordinates the application process including telephone and internet responses application scheduling and interviewing.
• Conducts employment verification and reference checks and assists with coordinating background investigations when needed.
• Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process.
• Assist in the operation of the switchboard or telephone system to receive incoming calls and provide professional helpful first point of contact

A few must-haves for Business Development Representatives:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare office experience
• Preferred experience with employee onboarding or recruitment
• Basic proficiency using computers office software and related office equipment
