What You Will Do
The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist manages full-cycle recruiting pre-onboarding and new-hire onboarding coordination for an assigned multi-state property management portfolio. This role drives a timely organized and compliant hiring process by guiding candidates through each stage supporting hiring managers and ensuring recruiting and onboarding activities are completed accurately and professionally across the assigned portfolio.
