Position Overview:

As a Legal Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by identifying attracting and hiring top legal talent. If you are a proactive self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for recruitment we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards social media networking) to identify potential candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position
• Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector
• Attend career fairs networking events and other recruitment-related activities
• Other related duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience preferably in the legal sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Location: This role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence 5 days per week on-site.

Compensation:

$80000 - $100000 salary
