Recruiter

SGA Design Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting screening and hiring high-quality candidates across the firm.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong candidate sourcing skills and experience identifying and engaging qualified professionals including passive candidates. Experience working in a staffing agency recruiting firm or other sourcing-intensive environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn professional networks job boards referrals and other recruiting channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review applications conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates universities professional organizations and other talent sources.
• Prepare job postings and ensure open positions are effectively marketed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Represent the firm at career fairs networking events and other recruiting activities.
• Stay informed about talent market conditions recruiting trends and effective sourcing practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interviewing communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools preferred.
• Experience recruiting within the architecture engineering design or professional services industries is a plus.
