*3-6-month assignment*The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organizations staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate manufacturing warehouse distribution and administrative positions. This role partners with hiring managers to attract assess and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring Recruiter will utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates maintain talent pipelines and support the organization in meeting its staffing Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings sourcing screening interviewing candidate selection offer coordination and onboarding with hiring managers to understand staffing needs position requirements and hiring candidates through online job boards social media platforms employee referrals networking career fairs and community phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications experience and overall fit for open interviews between candidates and hiring teams and facilitate timely communication throughout the hiring accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume with creating and posting job advertisements to attract qualified a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks drug screens and onboarding in job fairs hiring events and community outreach activities to promote employment routine recruiting activity reports and provide updates on open positions and candidate compliance with company policies employment laws and recruiting procedures throughout the hiring and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers candidates staffing partners and community other related duties as Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn and similar sourcing candidate sourcing screening and interviewing verbal and written communication organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions to build effective relationships with candidates hiring managers and business to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing attention to detail and commitment to maintaining in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel and and ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field of 23 years of recruiting experience preferably within manufacturing distribution logistics supply chain or operational recruiting both hourly and salaried utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Dayforce experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts is role pays an hourly rate of $30-$40 per hour.
