Sectra is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Shelton Connecticut.

As a Recruiter at Sectra you will play a critical role in helping us attract and hire talented individuals who are passionate about technology innovation and improving patient care. Working closely with hiring managers across engineering customer operations sales and corporate functions you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities while helping create an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone with 24 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who enjoys building relationships identifying talent and serving as a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers. Youll have the opportunity to recruit for a wide variety of roles while learning about healthcare IT medical imaging cloud technologies cybersecurity and other areas that support Sectras mission.

Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition this position offers the opportunity to grow your recruiting expertise while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs define candidate profiles and develop recruitment strategies
• Source screen and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn referrals networking and direct outreach
• Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
• Manage candidate communications interview scheduling feedback collection and offer processes
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with colleges universities and professional organizations to support talent attraction initiatives
• Support employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting onboarding and talent acquisition processes
• Travel as required up to 25%
