Who You Are:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment ideally in nonprofit healthcare or human services.
- Creative empathetic and driven by purpose.
- Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
- Ready to growand help others do the same.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
