The anticipated application window will close on August 6 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesPartner with HR and manufacturing leadership to meet high-volume hiring needs and timelinesManage job postings across job boards and social platforms ensuring accuracy and visibilityConduct resume screening and initiate candidate outreach via phone text and emailCoordinate and schedule interviews including managing calendars and logisticsMaintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the ATSTrack recruiting activity provide pipeline updates and support reporting effortsManage candidate communications and follow-ups throughout the hiring processSupport interview preparation and gather feedback from hiring teamsAssist with offer process administration and pre-employment stepsTrack candidate progress through pre-employment requirements (background checks drug screens onboarding etc.)Coordinate candidate assessments such as dexterity testing and technical evaluationsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing production hiring needsSupport hiring events including job fairs and onsite hiring daysProvide general administrative support to the recruiting and HR teamOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications2 years of recruiting recruiting coordination or high-volume hiring experienceExperience supporting hourly or production hiring (manufacturing warehouse or similar environment preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boardsMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests conducted in accordance with applicable lawPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting hiring events or large-scale recruiting initiativesFamiliarity with manufacturing or industrial workforce hiringExperience tracking recruiting metrics and reportingExposure to coordinating assessments or pre-employment processesKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a high-stress environmentDetail-oriented and able to work independentlyCollaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterpriseAbility to understand processes troubleshoot and recommend solutionsSelf-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ProjectJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
