Position Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and technical operations roles. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring candidates such as manufacturing engineers quality engineers technicians planners and other manufacturing professionals to support our fast-paced high-growth production environment.

What Youll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles including manufacturing engineers quality engineers technicians production planners and other manufacturing support positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements production timelines and team needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards employee referrals recruiting agencies and networking events.
• Screen candidates for technical competency experience in manufacturing environments and cultural fit.
• Facilitate the interview offer and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and meet high-volume hiring targets.
• Represent ACS at career fairs industry events and networking opportunities to attract top manufacturing talent.
  
  

What Youll Need:

• 38 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on manufacturing engineering or technical operations roles.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers quality engineers technicians planners or other production-related positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Startup experience is a plus.
