Healthcare Recruiter - Junior role
PACE Consulting Solutions a leading Healthcare Management Company within Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic and professional Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team! This position is responsible for the candidate generation process including: sourcing candidates conducting phone interviews and working with internal recruiters and hiring managers to establish strategies for specific positions. (Please note this is not a remote position)
Responsibilities:
- Represent PCS at external and internal functions (i.e. job fairs sponsored events school presentations etc.) provide the public with information about PCS and the various career opportunities within our organization
- Maintain confidentiality of all information received within the guidelines of professional recruitment in compliance with federal state and local laws
- Use effective marketing and recruitment resources to identify key talent pools source qualify and hire candidates
- Builds and maintains relationships with senior and executive level management of the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidate pools with the objective of creating viable pipelines of talent for current and future openings
- Develop keen understanding of the business strategy workforce planning and demand to assimilate all resources to meet the current and future needs
- Adjust interview style and approach depending on the candidate and job profile
- Serve as the brand ambassador and talent manager during the interview process
- Provide information and guidance to assist the hiring manager in making a hiring decision
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year previous recruiting experience is required
- Minimum of 1 years working with ATS (preferably iCIMS) and CMS systems is Required.
- Must have computer(excel word data importation) and social media skills attention to detail willingness to participate in team projects and good communication skills with internal and external departments
- Integrity strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills and high attention to detail
- A strong sense of urgency and professionalism is required. This is a fast pace position.
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
