Recruiter

This position serves as a key member of the clinical research team reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations providing participant-facing and study coordination support to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials with dermatology end points in investigational drug and cosmetic and personal care

• Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact and receptionist for study participants conducting recruitment prescreening community outreach and retention activities and maintaining accurate enrollment metrics. 
• The role is responsible for coordinating participant compensation and referral programs as well as supporting study visit scheduling and logistics.
• Additional duties include receiving documenting and maintaining accountability for study products and study materials in accordance with Eurofins procedures communicating product receipt with managers for further communication with sponsors.

Qualifications :

• The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills maintain accurate records and documentation provide high-quality participant support and perform other operational and research-related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations support the growth and success of the clinical research program. 
• Experience with Microsoft and a consumer service-related role is preferred.

Compensation:

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
