Following applicant tracking system (ATS) procedures and compliance standards
What Youll Do
Assist with qualifying job requisitions and clarifying requirements with hiring managers
Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing screening interview coordination and offer support
Learn and use job boards referrals and networking to find candidates
Use JobDiva (ATS) to manage workflow and maintain compliance
Meet performance expectations with guidance and support
Deliver a professional candidate experience that reflects the companys values
Participate in HR projects and team initiatives as needed
