A growing ABA company is seeking a Recruiter to source and engage BCBA and RBT talent. This is an ideal entry point for someone proactive and organized who wants to build a career in recruitment while playing a key role in growing the companys clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Identify source and engage potential BCBA and RBT candidates
• Use job boards social media and networking to find qualified talent
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with the HR team and management to understand recruitment needs
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment efforts

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous recruitment or HR experience a plus but not required
