Whats the purpose of this role:

We are actively looking for a Recruiter to join our team. At Nxt Level a recruiter is in a hunting position. They will partner with our Account Executives to deliver on customer expectations and create raving fans. We are looking for someone that has a sense of urgency and is passionate about delivery this role theres constant change with new customers new positions and new domains. Therefore its important that someone loves being in a fast paced environment that requires continued learning to find the right candidates for unique niche domains.

So what are the ingredients to be successful in this role

1. Be a true hunter. Have a do whatever it takes attitude to win as a partner. You know that it takes effort persistence and patience to win. You know that cold-calling is your greatest strength.
