Recruiter Brandon, FL

OneTouch Direct is a leading provider of contact center solutions dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter for our Brandon FL location to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support the growth of our team.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing selecting and onboarding candidates for various roles within the Brandon FL office.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to the Brandon FL talent market by utilizing job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting expertise and guidance.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication feedback and support throughout the recruiting process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress maintain accurate records and generate recruitment reports.
• Stay updated on local labor market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies in the Brandon area.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates in the Brandon market.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Self-motivated results-driven and adaptable to change
• Knowledge of local job market trends in Brandon FL is a plus
