Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar Missourisomeone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like:The Human Resources department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms career expos and community events.

As a Recruiter in Human Resources you will be:

• Overseeing applicant flow to ensure candidates are reviewed contacted and advanced quickly.
• Designing fast frictionless hiring journeys that keep candidates engaged and excited about joining the organization.
• Optimizing candidate platforms to ensure clean data fast movement and high manager satisfaction.
• Collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure new hires feel supported from day one.
• Presenting weekly recruitment dashboards to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Highlighting wins bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring velocity and candidate quality.
• Participatingin career fairs school visits and community hiring events to connect with potential candidates and represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications:

Education:BachelorsDegree in Human Resources Businessor other related field

Experience: 2 Years of Recruiting or HR experience preferred

Skills:Exceptional communication skills problem-solving andadaptability

Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
