Recovery Specialist, PM Shift Lead (55888)

YSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PM Shift Lead for our Ember Recovery Campus. This leadership role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of connection consistency and supportive structure to help young people heal and grow.

Working the evening shift (3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.) youll help create a safe therapeutic environment where youth feel supported respected and empowered throughout their recovery journey. As a Shift Lead youll provide guidance to Recovery Specialists collaborate with clinical and leadership teams and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining the structure and accountability youth need to succeed.

Your leadership will help shape a culture where both youth and staff feel valued supported and equipped to thrive.

What Youll Do...

• Build supportive therapeutic relationships with youth clients
• Maintain structure uphold rules and ensure consistent consequences
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs
• Oversee evening operations and documentation
• Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists
• Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development
• Communicate with families and case workers as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training.

Required Qualifications - MUST HAVES:

• Bachelors degree in human services or a related field.
• One year of related experience
• This role involves travel including transporting clients. To meet YSS insurance requirements you must:
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid state-issued drivers license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards
