This position performs the following duties:
- Perform operational duties in support of regulatory security and industry practices and compliance documentation.
- Respond to specific requests by searching locating retrieving and delivering records or information through established procedures and delivery systems in a timely manner.
- Verify completeness/thoroughness of the records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks supporting the implementation of the organizations approved retention schedule.
- Comply with records security classification policy and procedures.
- Protect records by monitoring environmental controls and following established procedures to control access.
- Communicate and interact with customers to provide effective customer service.
- Prepare documents for imaging.
- Operate imaging/digitization and microfilm equipment to create quality-level document images and store electronic/digital images in approved electronic information systems. The digitization process requires preparing scanning quality control and the uploading of the final electronic document to Versatile the Records Management Electronic Information System application.

- Associates degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- OR High School Diploma: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in establishing and successfully managing paper-based or electronic records systems including a working knowledge of technical and non-technical documentation standards.
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills to work closely and cooperatively with groups in shared tasks that mayhave tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to comprehend and understand site/organizational procedures that relate to project documents and records to ensurerequirements are met.
- Excellent skills in the use of MS Outlook MS Excel and word processing and internet; experience with document conversion is desirable.
- Experience in utilizing specialized computing applications for managing configuration control of documents andother records is highly desirable.
- Experience in utilizing Records Management Systems is desirable.
