Apollo Pain Management is a leading provider of comprehensive pain management services dedicated to helping patients regain control of their lives through personalized evidence-based treatment plans. Our multidisciplinary approach combines advanced minimally invasive procedures medication management and rehabilitative therapies to reduce pain improve function and minimize reliance on opioids. We specialize in treating a wide range of chronic pain conditions including neck back joint and nerve-related disorders utilizing innovative solutions such as spinal cord stimulation nerve stimulation ablation therapies and kyphoplasty. We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Records Assistant to help maintain and organize digital records. This role involves simple administrative tasks such as entering information updating files reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring records are properly stored. The position is fully remote and suitable for individuals with strong organizational skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain digital records and files.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Scan upload and electronically file documents.
  • Retrieve records when requested by team members.
  • Assist with data cleanup and record updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace.
  • Previous office or data entry experience is helpful but not required.

Required Skills:

Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient rehabilitation orthopedic or pain management experience preferred. Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise techniques and rehabilitation protocols. Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
